Ann McEllin qualified as a chartered accountant with Ernst & Young in Manchester, then worked for international firms ICI plc and Thermo Electron Inc (now Thermo Fisher Scientific) before joining her husband Lee in his accounting practice. Ann specialises in social enterprise and the charities sector, as well as supporting business start-ups.
Ann is a trustee of St Laurence Forres Trust SCIO, and she served as an elected member on both parish and borough councils in England.
Lee Kelly qualified as a chartered accountant with Arthur Andersen in Manchester, and then went on to become a chartered taxation adviser (member of the Chartered Institute of Taxation). Lee specialises in tax services, including tax planning.
Lee was Chairman of his Round Table in Northwich, Cheshire and Treasurer of the Macclesfield branch of the Alzheimers Society.
